A ton of family fun is on tap in the upcoming Alpha Academy PTO Festival. The small charter school is presenting their annual rummage Sale on Saturday, May 16.

My name is Mercedes F. Perez, Alpha Academy PTO President. We are coordinating our end of the year Rummage Sale/ BBQ Plates fundraiser.
Alpha Academy is a small school with a big task. We serve students in grades 4—12. And I do assure you our students do graduate! We have maintained a perfect record as our sixth group of seniors will graduate this coming June, 2009. We always have a waiting list for every class.
At this time we are turning to you as a more established member of our San Antonio community. Aware of your generosity in support of good causes, we are asking if your company will help donate to our fundraiser.
PTO raises money for the school program, such as with PE equipment, drama class equipment, teacher’s luncheon, and senior class luncheon.
Please consider helping us with our fundraiser. We will call you in the next two weeks to discuss how we might work together to make good things happen.
For contributing to our efforts we would like to give your company recognition by posting your company’s name at the event.
