$5000 reward offered in fatal hit-and-run
A tragic hit-and-run accident took the life of Martin Cuff, 36, a husband and father.

and Crime Stoppers are offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident that killed Martin Cuff, 36.
San Antonio Police said the hit-and-run incident occurred at about 6:20 a.m. on the morning of Sunday Nov. 8 at the intersection of Texas 151 and Loop 1604.
According to officials, Martin Cuff's body was found around 7:30 a.m. when authorities received a call about a man lying in the grass just East of the connector ramp from Texas 151 to Loop 1604. He was later identified as Martin Cuff, 36, of San Antonio, TX.
Police reports indicate that Martin was walking along the grass area w
hen he was struck by a vehicle which fled the scene and did not render aid.
Martin Cuff's sister, Velia Gonzalez, said the family is offering up to a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the person or persons who struck and killed her only brother Martin Cuff. He left behind a wife and a 5-year-old son.

Gonzalez added that her brother Martin was on his way to work early that Sunday at JP Morgan Chase Bank, 8235 State Hwy 151. Cuff was described as wearing dress slacks, and a Black Guess sports jacket while listening to his IPOD.
Gonzalez added that she also encourages witnesses or anyone with information to contact San Antonio Crime Stoppers (210) 224-STOP directly if they so choose. Crime Stoppers offers rewards and guarantees anonymity to callers to encourage citizens in the community to volunteer vital information helpful to law enforcement agencies to fight against crime.
